Not everything is dirty or gutted.  My 'phew put up two of these and there's another to go in the dining room.  Plus a light fixture in the entry and above the front door.

I went by earlier and the drywall is up and in the process of being "mudded."


One window has been replaced and I asked for a quote on doing the rest of them.  This can get addictive.  It's too bad I don't have a bunch of money because I think I'm pretty good at this. Wait: I'm pretty good at asking my Mom for contractors and I'm a genius level shopper. :)
